Educational Qualification:
For Postman/Mail Guard
- 12th standard pass from a recognized Board.
- Marathi is a local language for the state of Maharashtra and Konkani are a local language for the state of Goa.So For selection in Maharashtra State, the Applicant should have studied and passed the Marathi language atleast upto 10th standard & For selection in Goa State, the Applicant should have studied and passed Konkani or Marathi language areas upto 10th standard
- Knowledge of working on Computer. The candidate will have to qualify Paper III (Skill Test of Data Entry on the computer)
For Multi Tasking Staff
- 10th standard pass from a recognized Board.

Salary Details:
- Postman/Mailguard- Rs. 21,700 – 69,100 (Level 3 in Pay Matrix)
- Multi-Tasking Staff – Rs. 18,000 – 56,900 (Level 1 in Pay Matrix)
